We are a mother and son real estate team working in the Lake Minnetonka area, although we do business all over the Minneapolis area when the opportunity arises. Kathy has over 13 years of experience as a real estate agent and is currently sales manager of the Wayzata Coldwell Banker Burnet office, which is also our brokerage. She is also a member of the Coldwell Banker Burnet Distincitve Homes division, and works with many luxury lake shore homes in the area. Jim is in his second year of real estate and is currently working with first time home buyers and conventional sellers. They are both CDPE certified to handle foreclosure and short sale situations both in Minneapolis and the broader state of Minnesota.
